Looking for a new server! Empty Looking for a new server!

Finally got my brother to purchase Arma!! I am looking for a new server to bring a few friends into and start Arma again as I have been away for a few months. Ive played a few days now and I'm not sure if chat is not working or if people are not talkative as not 1 of the other 3 I've seen on the server ever reply to messages. Anyway hope to see this server grow!

Also, what are the base building rules? I see one just outside of airfield, I did not even leave godmode until shortly after I passed it.
